Chances are that you have desired something at some point of your life. Desire is natural for us, humans living in society. You probably don’t even realize you desire things in life… but you do. In order to satisfy our desires and overcome the difficulties of desires we often set goals. Somethings in our minds we perform steps to reach them. You should always set goals for yourself because they will motivate you, push you and help you be the best you can. I always set goals for myself and I always believe I can push myself more and more, you can do this too.

You can set personal goals even professional goals.All around the world people set goals.  Setting goals for athletes is especially important. They set goals to to become a better athlete and gain strength mentally and physically. For example LeBron James reached his goal on being the four time winner of the Maurice Podoloff Trophy as a NBA MVP in 2014. LeBron  also achieved his goal by making the most shots and gaining points in the playoffs, passing Michael Jordan with the total of  6,163. Another example is Peyton Manning. He set the record for passing touch downs in the NFL. In the MLB Lou Gehrig finished with 2,130 hit but Ripken totaled 2,632 , a mark that overshadows a record many thought would never fall in 1995. If you set a goal you will have to make satisfys in order to reach it.You can be brilliant, creative, and you can also be successful. All it takes is a little desire.

Some people think its hard to set goals but setting goals is actually easy. Once you set a goal and achieve it, you’re going to want to do it again. Some people may ask where do I start? Or how do you do it? First you have to think of something you want to do or work towards. Second write it down to increase your chances of sticking with them. Third tell someone about the goal , by telling someone about it also increases the likelihood that we will stick with them. Fourth break down your goal. This is especially important for big goals think about the smaller goals that are steps on the way to achieving your bigger aim . Fifth plan your steps  An ancient Chinese proverb says that the journey of 1000 miles starts with one step . Six never give up on that goal. seventh Once you reach your goal you can celebrate !!!!
